How to Register for Courses

Brochure/Mailer: The brochure was mailed recently.  Additional registration forms and course schedules are available at:

Submit Registration Form and Payment: Enclose check or money order for the full amount payable to: Darby Public Schools

Mail form and payment to:
Darby Adult Education
209 School Drive
Darby, MT 59829
 
or deliver in person to: 
Darby Public Schools Administration Office, or the High School secretary, or the Elementary School secretary.

Course Fees: are calculated per class hour:
-     $2 per class hour or
-    $1 per class hour for seniors (60+)

All courses have limited enrollment—register early.

Material Fee: Do not include material fee with registration fee payment. Material fee is collected by instructor.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be given when requests are made prior to the second class meeting. Call (406) 821-3405 for a refund. Fees for courses canceled by Darby Adult Education will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy: All courses must attract a minimum number of students. Courses with inadequate enrollment will be canceled. Fees for canceled courses will be refunded in full. Students will be notified by telephone if a course is canceled—no notification indicates that a course will proceed as scheduled.
 
Age Requirement: Students must be at least 18 years old, except for Darby GED students.  Refer to Darby GED information.
 
Course Locations: Courses are held at Darby High School (DHS), Darby Community Public Library, Darby Community Clubhouse, Sula Clubhouse, Trapper Creek Job Corps, and other locations as specified in course information.
