Recently I have discovered the Western Montana Area Health Education Center. They offer great resources for science and health areas! We have used them for body systems in Elementary and High School classes. For more information you can visit the website:
www.mtahec.org or 406-243-5575.

They recently sponsored a contest for High School students to create a public service announcement for National Public Health Week. My students entered the contest and submitted a video on Healthy Environment for Children at school and won a Celestron LCD digital microscope! They have a Facebook page as well to find out more information about student programs or if you want to view the video.

I just wanted to share a great resource for any teachers out there that could use it, there are a lot of careers in the health field and we need to take opportunities like this. You can contact me if you have any questions.
