  • Open gym is a privilege that few schools offer students at lunch time.  Please be aware of the Five simple rules and adhere to them if you want to attend open gym.  The rules are: 1. Socks or indoor shoes only on the gym floor, including the area the bleachers cover.  Shoes should only be worn on the tile.   3.  Clean up after yourself so you can keep the privilege of eating in gym. 4.  Use items for intended use only. 5.  The gym should remain unoccupied until 8:00 in the morning are posted on the doors.  First offense, warning.  Second offense, 2 week removal.  3rd offense, out for the year.  While we are talking open gym, remember, the gym is not a hallway.  Too many students are cutting through the gym, which eventually leads to floor damage, affecting the volleyball and basketball seasons.  Please use the hallway to the east.
