Darby High School Daily Announcements

Lunch Today: Bean & Cheese Burritos, Fruit & Salad Bar, Milk

  • Helpers for family night are needed. Please come sign up at the High School Office.

  • The Darby Music Department presents “Into The Woods Jr.” performances will take place on Friday march 3rd &4th @7pm. Tickets are available in the Music Room or the High School Office. Prices: Adults -$6.00  Students $4.00. Get your tickets today!

  • The Spanish Club is selling raffle tickets for $3 each (or 6 for $15).  If your name is drawn, you can win any one of 21 prizes being given away.  Some of the prizes are ski lift tickets, gift certificates for eating places like Fiesta en Jalisco and Little Blue Joint, a massage, and even a $182 photo shoot from Mrs Burdette.  For a list of prizes, see the list on Mrs. Perlinger's door.  Spanish Club members will be glad to sell you a ticket--or tickets!  If your name is drawn more than once, you win more than one prize!  Deadline to purchase tickets is February 28 as tickets are due back to Mrs. Perlinger on March 1st.  Good luck!

  • Freshmen that are interested in being a leader in the school and community can apply for the annual Rotary Scholarship to summer leadership camp.  Freshmen that are interested need to see Mr. Kohn for an application.

  • TODAY during 6th period Mrs. Burdette will be taking pictures of each of the school clubs and groups. Please be here so that Mrs. Burdette can get your group pictures done. Please get Mrs. Burdett a list with the name of the students in your groups.

  • Seniors, Bitterroot Job service scholarship deadline is March 1st.  See Mr. Kohn if interested.

  • Two new local scholarships arrived this week for seniors.  The Eagles trade school scholarship for seniors interested in vocational studies and the Ravalli County Credit Union Scholarship that is available for the top seniors.  Stop by Mr. Kohn's office to get an application.

  • There is a scholarship opportunity for any seniors that were in 4-H or FFA.  If you are interested see Mr. Kohn
