Darby High School Daily Announcements

Lunch Today: Homemade Pizza, Fruit & Salad Bar, Milk

  • Math Counts!!!! Important meeting today, 7th period, at 2:55.  Please, please, attend!

  • There is new password phishing attack that is making the rounds (and gaining momentum) and it is pointing to gmail accounts (which is where all our staff and student accounts are housed). You might receive an email from a friend or coworker with an obscure or seemingly normal attachment. However, when you click the link to open it you will be directed to a normal looking account logon page. This page is bogus and will capture your password. If you are logged in to your Gmail/DarbyK12 account already it will not ask for your logon to download an attachment. That is the key...if you are prompted for a password to download an attachment please do not enter your password and call Mr. Bridges..

  • Grades 7-12 will be conducting the Youth Risk Survey on Tomorrow morning during the 1st period.  It will take students about a half hour.

  • The Adventure Club is taking applications for new members.  Applications are due February 1st if you plan on going on the backpacking trip in Utah over spring break.  You can get applications from Mr. Olson, Lisa or at the office.

  • Seniors: The 2017 $10,000 dollar Farmer's State Bank Scholarship applications have arrived.  Stop by Mr. Kohn's office for your application.

  • Students grades 9th -12th are invited to participate in ATR’s Bitterroot Valley Nature & Wildlife Art Contest. Artwork should demonstrate the natural beauty found in the Bitterroot; this includes unaltered land, geographical features., local plants and wildlife, and nature preserves. The top winning designs will be permanently displayed at ATR’s office and webpage. Categories: Sketch & Drawing (charcoal, pastel, pencil), Paint (acrylic, oil, watercolor), Sculpture (clay, stone, metal, ceramic). 1st Place $500 2nd Place $250 3rd Place $150 & 4th Place $100.
