  • If you have pictures of your extracurricular activities (fishing, skiing, movies, etc.) and you want them in the yearbook please bring them to Mrs. Toynbee.
  • There is only ten days until Prom. Do you have your tickets???
  • Darby Distribution is currently looking for another student worker. See Mr. Kohn if you are interested.
  • There is a free summer camp at the University of Montana the week of June 23rd for any Juniors or Sophomores interested in a medical career. See Mr. Kohn if you want an application.
  • Freshman!  If you are interested in a scholarship to attend the Youth Leadership camp this summer at Livingston, Montana come pick up an application from Mr. Kohn. This opportunity is only open to current Freshmen. 
  • Would you like to borrow a beautiful prom dress? See Jenn at the office to contact Narnia’s Wardrobe where you can pick up a great dress for free or a very low rental fee.
  • Want a taste of college life? Davidson Honors college is accepting applications, if you are interested there is more info on the scholarship board. Applications are due April 1st. 
  • Congrats to Luke Delvo and Courage Louviere.  Courage won the Cuban Missile Crisis simulation at World Affairs Council.  Luke won a Kindle Fire for having a perfect score on his preparation quiz.  8 of the 16 students (out of 300 plus!) with a perfect score on preparation quiz were from Darby.  Darn impressive showing Darby High!
  • There is now a list of songs that students would like to be played at prom in the High School office. Go add your suggestion to the list. But remember, stay quiet as to not disrupt Mrs. Turner. 
Today’s Events:
  • A rep from the Bitterroot College will be here today.
  • Winter Awards Banquet at 6pm.
  • StuCo meeting in Mr. D’s room at 12:09.  Pizza will be served!
  • Junior High Wrestling at Hamilton
  • Baseball signups tonight at the Darby Fire Hall from 3-6pm.
Heads up for Tomorrow:
  • There will be a tennis meeting, Wednesday at 3:30, in Mr. D’s room to try on uniforms and discuss a possible team dinner.  Please be there if are in tennis or are even just considering tennis.
  • Reading Reward Field Trip tomorrow.
