Darby High School Golf wrapped up the MHSA Class B Divisional round earlier this week at Old Works GC, competing against a strong field of over 110 golfers. Our teams exceeded expectations and showed great improvement both individually and as a group! Huge congratulations to Bentley Rouse on punching her ticket to State! Bentley will compete in Billings next week for a 36 holes at the Class B Championships. Go Tigers

Congratulations to Hayden Pelkey for receiving the Stock Farm Greater Ravalli Foundation Teen Volunteer Recognition Award through Soroptimist International of Hamilton. The Soroptimist of Hamilton Teen Recognition Award is to honor young women in our community who are striving to improve their lives and the lives of those in Ravalli County through community involvement.

Yesterday, five Darby students participated in an event at the Rocky Mountain Laboratories in Hamilton. This event provided students who are interested in Science and Health careers with many examples of pathways to these careers. Students rotated through four stations over the course of the day to learn more about the work done at the lab and the various paths the scientists took to reach their current positions. Our warmest thanks go out to the many RML staff and community members that took time out of their busy schedules to support our students!
